This book has become a #1 New Release on Amazon in Holistic Medicine within the first 24 hours it went up, with “no image available for the cover” I still remember trembling as I started to share the link privately with clients, friends, and family who shared with others as well. The technical issues around my book felt immense, amazon was taking a while to collect the data of my book cover, subtitle, and full name however my heart still told me to share and that it didn’t matter if it wasn't perfect because it was meant to be shared. Then the book also became #1 New Release on Amazon in Energy Healing. When you have an engaged audience and a message that resonates with people it does not matter if it looks beautiful. This is the moment I realized that my audience was truly engaged, my message resonated and I was moving forward with a mission that has the possibility to change many lives from the authenticity of my heart. This book was written from my heart, published from my heart, and shared from my heart.

I wrote this book because people kept asking me how I did it. How I changed my health so significantly, how I was living so vibrantly, and how I get my energy to be so infectious.
